What I like the most about Hillel Academy is the Derech Eretz program. I think it is vital that the school and the home work together. The Derech Eretz program parallels the values we are teaching our children at home. It is so difficult in today's society were the home teaches one value set, while children are exposed to the opposites outside the home. With the Derech Eretz program, our children are getting a confirmation of the correct behavior in an environment with their peers. The results have been phenomenal.

“Hillel Academy shaped my formative years, providing a rich backdrop on which the painting that is my life is unfolding. Without the confidence and curiosity nurtured by Hillel’s teachers, my world today couldn’t have revealed the clarity, breadth, and promise that it has.”
Rabbi Daniel Krausz, MA, Architect
“In a nurturing and positive atmosphere, Hillel Academy provided me with a love for Torah and learning, and gave me all the vital skills necessary to pursue further education. My teachers showed me by example how to be a life-time learner, and to value learning as a means of personal enrichment. Hillel gave me my first opportunities to be a leader, and to bring others closer to Torah. Equally important to the high level of academics, Hillel Academy’s mission is to teach its students to be Yarai Shamayim - and for that I am eternally grateful!”
Mrs Adina Krausz, Master of Social Work
“My years spent at Hillel Academy have shown me the importance of reaching out to others in the community.  It has given me a foundation to continue with my life’s work.”
